Her name gained international attention and affection when she gave the world one of the most memorable moments in the history of sports - scoring the first ever perfect ten bar asymmetrically, at the Montreal Olympic Games in 1976. After that, in 1976 Nadia Comaneci went on to rack up six more perfect tens and become the most youthful Olympic gold medalist.
